The Evangelical Environmental Network
The Evangelical Environmental Network "is a fellowship of believers" who ground their efforts at creation care deeply in the scriptures and the gospel message of Christ. These motivate an active response to the environmental and personal needs which sin has caused, both globally and locally.
We will be stopping in Baraboo, Wisconsin, to visit this foundation. Their purpose is to "foster the land ethic through the legacy of Aldo Leopold," which we are excited to speak with them about.
Merry Lea Environmental Learning Center
We will spend a day with faculty and students at this reserve owned by Goshen College. Merry Lea is the home to the college's Master's in Environmental Education program, and we will be staying in Rieth Village, their new ecologically sustainable facility.
