We finish our journey with visits to the Aldo Leopold Foundation and to Goshen College's Merry Lea Environmental Education Center to look at the basis of our own land ethics.

 | Devils Tower & Mt. Rushmore
We made a visit to the native holy site of Devils Tower to learn a bit about the Native American perspective on creation, and due to some rain, visited Mt. Rushmore, the self-proclaimed "Shrine of Democracy" the next day in lieu of climbing the tower.

 | Yellowstone National Park
At the nation's first national park, we focused on the emotion-charged issue of bison herd management, speaking on the issue with ranchers, researchers, and activists.

 | Climate Projects
After leaving Glacier NP, students formed small groups to address the roles of various stakeholders (including ourselves) in global warming. These photos were selected by each group to illustrate a part of the larger issue which was most evident to them.
