| In St. Louis Discovery ate
supper under the shadow of the Arch, rode to the top of the 630 foot
structure, toured the westward museum under the Arch, and went to the
Betheseda Mennonite Church in St. Louis. Our hosts gave us free
usage of the church to sleep and then fed us breakfast in the
morning. The first African American pastor in the U.S. was
ordained and started the Bethesda Mennonite Church in the 1950s. |
