| American Southwest explored and learned about
the Colorado River from near its beginning in the Rocky Mountains to
where the river empties into Mexico. In Utah, guides from the
Canyonland Institute led students and staff rafting and kayaking on the
river from Cisco to Moab, a distance of about 36 miles. The
Canyonland guides were highly qualified experts in all aspects of the
river, and gave the students and staff tremendous learning experiences. |
